Hattie offers 11 years Real Estate experience with a Sales and Marketing background and a Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, New Home Construction Specialist and Experienced Listing Agent. She became involved with her family Real Estate business in 2009 and purchased her first property. In 2013 she began managing long term rental properties. In 2016, Hattie moved to Houston from the UK. She has helped many people buy, sell and lease in the Houston area. She is experienced and knowledgeable and passionate about helping people build wealth through Real Estate. Hattie uses effective questioning to truly understand her Clients' needs and provide relevant options. Hattie became licensed in the great State of Texas in 2019. As an Expat, she understands the challenges of moving overseas so is a great match for relocators as well as first time home buyers. Hattie absolutely loves our thriving City of Houston - her areas of speciality are Cypress, The Woodlands/Spring & The Heights - as she has lived in each of these neighborhoods, although she is quick to gain knowledge and happy to assist in other areas. Hattie works full time in Real Estate and is committed and dedicated to helping her Clients achieve their goals. She prides herself on being available around the clock and has an immense sense of urgency and excellent communication skills making the home buying or selling process easy and enjoyable for anyone that works with her.

My interest and involvement in Real Estate started on the service side. Many times I was involved in helping someone remodel a house or a room, repair a rental, or help an investor make repairs, or work on remodeling my own home. The interest in Real Estate seemed natural and I enjoyed it. I was licensed in 2014 and immediately started with a local broker that had been in Houston 40 years,. I had success in sales and leasing and helped to train new agents, review transaction documents, and also became the office manager for the Jersey Village location.





I joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Property in 2020, as an agent. This is a fantastic organization with deep resources and a genuine interest in helping others, and not just real estate. We sponsor Sunshine kids, and pet adoptions, and help in many areas in the community.
