Tony Meza has been an active member of Cypress for 10 years now, and very excited to be turning his focus toward real estate.

A little about Tony, before real estate, he worked for a company providing networking for a lot of businesses all over the Houston area allowing him the opportunity to learn not just the areas of Houston but also learning of the many different communities this big city has to offer. Having the ability to be bilingual has allowed him to better interact with these different communities and greatly expanded the understanding of the Houston environment. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, it is very important to Tony to carry out everything he does with discipline and integrity in order to help make one of the most important purchases of your life.

As a life-long resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth, I have in-depth knowledge and appreciation of the metroplex and its surrounding communities. In 2015, Tarrant and Dallas counties posted the sixth and ninth largest jump in population in the country! It follows that residential and commercial real estate play an important role in the continual growth of these communities, and I am excited to be a part of it!

I have worked as a cost accountant for 10 years prior to real estate, and my background in accounting/finance will help clients accurately identify the current (and potential future) value of each property. Whether it involves residential, multi-unit, or commercial properties, I have a keen sense of recognizing the "diamond in the rough".

I will work with all clients to identify their specific goals and needs, and plot a course of action to achieve those objectives. Brad is a Texas lawyer. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and a member of the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Texas. Brad's experience, as a lawyer and agent, will help guide you through some of life's greatest decisions. For 23 years, he has been handling transactions in residential and commercial real estate, farm and ranch, oil and gas, as well as business and financial matters for clients. Brad has been a CEO and CFO leading the acquisition and divestiture of companies in oil & gas, energy services, technology, and renewable fuels. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Delaware, and a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law. As a partner in a Houston law firm, Brad represented a broad range of individual and business clients in real estate, commercial transactions, master-planned real estate development, maritime law, energy services, manufacturing, property owners associations, oil and gas, and more. Brad is also admitted to practice before all the Federal Courts in Texas, The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and The United States Supreme Court. Brad is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association, a Life Member of the Sheriff's Association of Texas and a Life Member of the Coastal Conservation Association.

Konae was born into the real estate business. Her mother, an agent and then broker, helped families buy and sell homes in Houston for nearly 50 years. For over sixty years, Konae's godfather developed subdivisions, commercial property, as well as farms and ranches. Konae was born and raised in suburban Houston. She's witnessed, first hand, Houston's decades-long development into a word-class, gateway city. For 23 years, Konae was a partner in a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury waterfront homes. She has degrees in International Business and Marketing from Schiller International University, Heidelberg, Germany. Konae is a former Board Member of The Henderson County Cancer Society. She created the first Cattle Baron's Run and served as its chairperson. She directed The Cattle Baron's Ball, and served on the Enchanted Isles Homeowners Association Board of Directors. She is the co-creator of IFAA, International Fitness und Aerobic Akademie, and BodyStep. She is also former Miss Texas Teen USA. Konae is fluent in German.

After they exited their brokerage, energy-service company, and oil and gas investments, Konae and Brad prioritized spending more time together. They merged their careers to form Mitchell Group to practice residential and commercial real estate. The couple resides in Cypress. Together, they enjoy time with their family, coaching stand up paddling, biking, saltwater fly-fishing, traveling, and helping others.

A native Houstonian, Katie Elsbury has a life-long affection for Texas and the greater Houston region. A native of "Old Humble" and a longtime resident of the Cypress area, Katie works with buyers and sellers throughout Houston and its surrounding suburbs of Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Champions, Magnolia, Katy and more.
