I relocated to Cypress, Texas from St. Paul, Minnesota with my husband and our 4 cats in 2017 to be near the ocean and enjoy balmier weather. I love exploring Houston and the beautiful neighborhoods that surround the city. Prior to becoming an agent, I worked for 15+ years in the payroll industry which means I am no stranger to staying organized with paperwork or keeping up with changing laws and regulations. I enjoy being able to bring my experience in relocating to others moving to our vibrant city. Houston is very spread out and this can be overwhelming for any buyer but I'm here to be your guide from start to finish.

My name is Gabrielle T. Allen. I am a native resident of Spring, TX. A 1998 Klein ISD graduate and a 2013 graduate of The Colorado Technical University. A mother of two amazing young adult men , and an avid New Orleans Saints football fan. I am a proud TRLP graduate of 2018.

An Active Worthy Matron for Women of Ruth # 24 Order of the Eastern Star with HB Turner and New Life Grand Chapter. I love Jesus and he's the head of my life. As a member of Champion Forest Baptist Church I volunteer with the youth and love every minute I can see God's good work manifest.
My real estate career began after attending Champions School of Real Estate and obtaining my license in January 2015. Hattie offers 11 years Real Estate experience with a Sales and Marketing background and a Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, New Home Construction Specialist and Experienced Listing Agent. She became involved with her family Real Estate business in 2009 and purchased her first property. In 2013 she began managing long term rental properties. In 2016, Hattie moved to Houston from the UK. She has helped many people buy, sell and lease in the Houston area. She is experienced and knowledgeable and passionate about helping people build wealth through Real Estate. Hattie uses effective questioning to truly understand her Clients' needs and provide relevant options. Hattie became licensed in the great State of Texas in 2019. As an Expat, she understands the challenges of moving overseas so is a great match for relocators as well as first time home buyers. Hattie absolutely loves our thriving City of Houston - her areas of speciality are Cypress, The Woodlands/Spring & The Heights - as she has lived in each of these neighborhoods, although she is quick to gain knowledge and happy to assist in other areas. Hattie works full time in Real Estate and is committed and dedicated to helping her Clients achieve their goals. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Business Management from LeTourneau University in 1997 and graduated from Cy-Fair High School in Cypress in 1989 with a stint in the US ARMY in between. I love working with fellow vets and I am particularly proficient with VA loans and refinances.

I can close loans anywhere in the state. While the bulk of my real estate business is in West and Northwest Houston, I have closed all over town from The Woodlands down to Galveston Island and everywhere in between.

I am a lifetime resident of Cypress and reside in Fairfield. My wife is a former Houston Police Officer and currently is a Pre-K teacher in CFISD. We have three adult kids.
