More than 43 years in Houston gives Diana Underwood vast knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, shopping and other areas of interest. While she enjoys, and is most familiar with, the Heights, Bellaire and Northwest areas, no part of this vast city is off-limits to this hardworking agent.

“I go wherever my clients need me,” says Diana, who lives in the Northwest suburbs.

Prior to real estate, Diana worked as a treatment coordinator for an orthodontist. “I’ve worked with every possible personality over the years, and I’m very good at problem solving,” she says.

Real estate was a natural progression for Diana, given her people skills, interest in home design, keen knowledge of the city, and, most importantly, timing. “I was ready for a change and I’ve never been happier. I’ve always enjoyed working with people, but real estate is so much more fulfilling. I’m helping people with their real estate needs and that feels really good.”

Diana and her husband, Jeff, have two grown children. When not listing and showing Houston real estate, Diana enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining out, reading, watching movies and walking. She’s also very active in her church and community, donating her time whenever possible. “My husband and I have been very blessed,” says Diana.

When asked about her greatest accomplishment, Diana responds without hesitation. “I have raised two incredible children who have surpassed all of my expectations.”

Kami Baez will epitomize integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Kami is a 4th generation realtor, it's a family affair! She grew up in Tomball, TX and moved to the Conroe/New Caney area nearly 25 years ago, so she is very familiar with the surrounding territories of The Woodlands, Spring, Humble, New Caney, and Kingwood. Kami has built 2 homes and remodels homes, so she is familiar with the construction and repair processes; she has vision to know what a house could be when repaired or modified to fit the client's needs. Kami is passionate about the needs of her clients, and specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers & buyers. By making an industry leap from oil and gas to real estate, Kami knows how stressful relocation can be; she eases her clients and makes it a fun and exciting journey to home ownership. Kami enjoys photography in her spare time; she loves to travel, and has been to Morocco, Ireland, Paris, Dubai, Spain, Italy, France, and Amsterdam photographing the beauty of their cities and the architecture. Kami also was heavily involved with an area Boy Scout troop, where her son earned Eagle Scout. Kami loves to be outdoors, she is an avid bowhunter. In the past, she has served as a committee member and editor of the Lone Star Bowhunter's Association. Kami is an expert negotiator, and an expert stager for her sellers.
