A native Houstonian, Maggie was raised in Pearland, attended Pearland High School, and graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. Maggie and her husband live in the Cypress area where she volunteers for her children’s school activities as often as possible. When not working, she and her family enjoy “anything outdoors.”

Krystyn Rawlinson is an experienced professional who brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to her role as the office manager. She has been with the office since 2012 and takes pride in providing the best assistance to our agents possible. As NextHome Realty Center's office manager, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and serves as our compliance coordinator, reviewing all contracts and addenda. She is here to help our awesome agents with anything they may need! In her free time, the Texas native stays pretty busy spending time with her husband and their five children. She has 4 girls and 1 boy ranging from toddler to teenager. Krystyn is involved in several Christian ministries and she and her family love to volunteer their time with their church. As a transplant to Texas, I have a unique perspective on our great State and all the things it has to offer. Originally from Indiana, we relocated our family to Texas in 2008. Tired of the cold, grey Indiana winters, we wanted to make a move south. Luckily for us, I had the pleasure of working as an Administrative Service Manager for one of the best Construction/ maintenance contractors in the country, and they made our move to Angleton a reality. In 2015 (our children now grown), my husband and I relocated to San Antonio with his employer and in 2016 they moved us again to Spring.
