With a passion for helping people, experience in customer service, executive support, child education, and marketing, Carolina Vargas has the perfect background to be an effective, resourceful, and understanding Real Estate Agent. Carolina has a Bachelor's of Business in Marketing and a minor in Digital Marketing, various certificates in Supply Chain Management, and even held a Montessori teaching certificate. Her digital marketing skills allow her to successfully promote properties on all social platforms and search engines to increase the odds of selling her client's properties in the shortest amount possible.


As previously mentioned, Carolina also has a background in teaching children in Montessori schools; this experience allowed her to develop her communication skills with parents from various backgrounds. Carolina comes from a big family where she learned the importance of doing things with integrity. Whether in her personal life or while conducting business she believes very strongly in having open communication, being honest, and always doing things with integrity.

Mackenzie has been a part of the southeast Texas real estate scene for over five years. Learning and experiencing the area, from the beaches of Galveston to the inland hill and lake country of Magnolia and Conroe to the big city in between, she knows where to find just what you've been waiting for. She isn't just passionate about helping families find their next home. Mackenzie has served on the HLSR Committee and loves being a part of other area events like wings over Houston. When she isn't showing homes or volunteering, you'll often find her exploring the great outdoors and enjoying time with her friends and family.

I have lived in the Houston area my entire life, and am familiar with Houston and the surrounding areas (Cypress, Tomball, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Spring, etc.). My passion for helping people was my main drive in becoming a Realtor. I thrive on making the process of buying / selling a home as easy as possible, and communicating with my client to ensure they fully understand what is going on. I was born and raised in Louisiana, but moved to Houston, Texas shortly after graduating from college. I instantly fell in love with the city and all of the endless opportunities. Since then I have become a Serial Entrepreneur running multiple businesses in the Social Service Field as well as in the Real Estate Industry as an Investor.
