Har mls is a good source, however there are many other sources you can watch. Such as county tax sales, auctions, social media sites, there are a lot of resources. Good luck with your success.

Should deed restrictions allow for no or limited open house signage?

Rules are rules! But I feel Signs should be allowed. Signs still help sell properties, it makes it harder to sell without signs. \nIf it\'s open house signs, they should not be up everyday, that would be kind of annoying after a while of seeing it everyday. Maybe put a limit in hoa restrictions on how many days a month that can happen at one property. Just a thought!

This lot has been cleared and the building plans are complete. Construction is ready to begin. No one involved in this transaction noticed the neighbors fence on the survey. The plans shows construction on top of the fence.

I would ask neighbor for a copy of their survey and send a copy of yours and neighbors to each surveyor. Then ask both surveyors to review each and simply ask both who\'s is right? \n\nTruth will come out! one surveyor might have to correct, then if any corrections are made, contact your title company and have them revise your title policy. \n\nThen whoevers fence is wrong, respectfully move it if its a problem.
