Kelly Davis has a passion for real estate and an energy level that is unmatched. Buying or selling a home can be complicated and stressful, and Kelly's goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible from start to finish.
Kelly began her real estate career in Houston in 2007 after 10 years in the sports marketing industry. With an impressive background in marketing, advertising and client service, Kelly understands that close attention to detail, anticipating challenges and finding ways around road-blocks can go a long way toward making any real estate transaction as stress-free as possible. Strong market knowledge and communication are keys to her success as she was a two time recipient of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence Award.
A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Kelly received a degree in marketing from Louisiana State University. She volunteers her time with Child Advocates and Zeta Tau Alpha Alumni Association. Kelly enjoys cheering on her LSU Tigers, traveling, cooking and reading. When not working, she and her two rescue dogs enjoy spending time in the Hill Country in Spicewood, TX.

DEE DEE Cortez was born in San Antonio, Texas moved with her family many times during her childhood–from Untied States to Mexico and Panama to North Carolina, South Carolina, California, and various other locations. Though she didn't know it at the time, she was continuing to develop the people skills that would be invaluable throughout her life. You see DEE DEE takes pride in who she is, what she has accomplished, relationships she has built over the years. Her passion for helping buyers find the perfect home, people she can connect with. She identifies with the people and families who live in Corpus Christi. This area attracts a lot of families; the people who live here are passionate about their neighborhood and schools. We also have a naval air station nearby, so there is some regular turnover with families of the support staff and officers moving in and out. Corpus Christi is Ken's new adopted home, He has been visiting the Corpus/Port Aransas area since he was 5 years old (that's a lot of years). Even though he was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country he likes to tell people that he grew up in Port Aransas..........one week a year. Now finally in the city he loves so much, Ken greets each day with excitement and tackles the world of Real Estate with enthusiasm. With more than 25 years experience as a business owner and 15 plus years as a counselor, Ken uses his business skills and knowledge of people to help his clients buy and sell Real Estate.
