Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Samuel Beck Elementary School is Whites or Caucasians who make up nearly 70.62% of student population, followed by Hispanics (14.89%), Asians (8.43%), African Americans (2.90%), Two or More Races (2.77%) and Native Americans (0.40%).
The student population at J Lyndal Hughes Elementary School is also predominantly by Whites or Caucasians at 50.00%, followed by Hispanics (23.59%), African Americans (14.69%), Asians (7.12%), Two or More Races (3.71%) and Native Americans (0.59%).
Based on household incomes, the Samuel Beck Elementary School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly lower at 5.93% compared to 29.82% at J Lyndal Hughes Elementary School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Samuel Beck Elementary School has 32 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 4.22% of student population. J Lyndal Hughes Elementary School has significantly more ELLs at 75 or about 11.13% of student population.
