Choosing the best possible elementary school is critical to a child’s foundational development. In Texas, public school districts adopt curriculum standards set by the State Board of Education. When we compared Quail Valley Elementary School, which is a part of FORT BEND ISD, with Briargate Elementary School, which is a part of FORT BEND ISD, we noted a slight difference in ratings.

Briargate Elementary School's one out of seven distinction is in Science. Quail Valley Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, African Americans comprise the biggest group at Quail Valley Elementary School. They make up for 39.60% of student population, followed by Hispanics (28.51%), Whites or Caucasians (15.25%), Asians (10.50%) and Two or More Races (5.94%). There is no Native Americans student in the school.
At Briargate Elementary School, African Americans make up 71.79% of student population, followed by Hispanics (22.79%), Two or More Races (3.13%), Whites or Caucasians (1.71%), Asians (0.28%) and Native Americans (0.28%).

Quail Valley Elementary School’s bilingual students comprise 9.90%, gifted and talented students, 1.58%, while 27.72% are in the special education program. Briargate Elementary School bilingual students comprise 9.69%, gifted and talented students, 0.85%, and 17.66% are in the special education program.
