Judge James C Adolphus Elementary School's six out of seven distinctions are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, post-secondary, with 25% student progress and 25% closing performance gaps. Meyer Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Hispanics comprise the biggest group at Meyer Elementary School. They make up for 59.13% of student population, followed by African Americans (26.28%), Whites or Caucasians (8.65%), Asians (3.04%), Two or More Races (2.56%) and Native Americans (0.16%).
The student population at Judge James C Adolphus Elementary School is also predominantly by Whites or Caucasians at 42.39%, followed by Hispanics (23.04%), African Americans (16.78%), Asians (11.41%), Two or More Races (5.37%) and Native Americans (0.34%).
Based on household incomes, Meyer Elementary School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly higher at 79.49% compared to 26.73% at Judge James C Adolphus Elementary School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Meyer Elementary School has 103 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 16.51% of student population. Judge James C Adolphus Elementary School has significantly more ELLs at 149 or about 16.67% of student population.
In addition, Meyer Elementary School has 16.35% bilingual students, 5.93% are in the gifted and talented program, while 21.79% are in the special education program.
