Winnetka Elementary School's five out of seven distinctions are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, post-secondary and 25% closing performance gaps. John W Carpenter Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, African Americans comprise the biggest group at John W Carpenter Elementary School. They make up for 51.67% of student population, followed by Hispanics (44.98%), Two or More Races (1.44%), Whites or Caucasians (0.96%), Asians (0.48%) and Native Americans (0.48%).
At Winnetka Elementary School, Hispanics make up 97.36% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (1.71%), African Americans (0.79%) and Two or More Races (0.13%). There is no Asians and Native Americansstudents in the school.
