It is in this area where the two schools differ. Garcia Elementary School's two out of seven distinctions are in Science and with 25% student progress. Except for Science, Texas Connections Academy At Houston earned one out of seven distinctions.

Texas Connections Academy At Houston has significantly more ELLs at 412 or about 4.07% of student population.
