It is in this area where the two schools differ. Except for post-secondary, Galloway Elementary School earned one out of seven distinctions. Black Elementary School's two out of seven distinctions are in Science and post-secondary.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Galloway Elementary School is Hispanics who make up nearly 71.46% of student population, followed by African Americans (15.57%), Whites or Caucasians (9.91%), Two or More Races (2.12%), Asians (0.47%) and Native Americans (0.47%).
