McNamara Elementary School's two out of seven distinctions are in Science and with 25% student progress. Burrus Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Burrus Elementary School is African Americans who make up nearly 68.73% of student population, followed by Hispanics (28.36%), Two or More Races (1.82%) and Whites or Caucasians (1.09%). There is no Asians and Native Americansstudents in the school.
At McNamara Elementary School, Hispanics make up 67.88% of student population, followed by Asians (15.10%), African Americans (12.74%), Whites or Caucasians (3.64%), Two or More Races (0.32%) and Native Americans (0.21%).
Based on household incomes, the Burrus Elementary School’s economically disadvantaged students is lower at 96.00% compared to 97.97% at McNamara Elementary School.

McNamara Elementary School has significantly more ELLs at 792 or about 84.80% of student population.
