Pflugerville High School earned a State accountability rating of B (80-89) based on three domains: student achievement, school progress and closing the gaps. For Pflugerville High School these are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science and Social Studies while Hendrickson High School secured in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Science, with 25% student progress and 25% closing performance gaps.

Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Hispanics comprise the biggest group at Pflugerville High School. They make up for 53.79% of student population, followed by African Americans (17.78%), Whites or Caucasians (17.39%), Asians (6.58%), Two or More Races (4.35%) and Native Americans (0.06%).
