Aledo High School performed excellent to earn a State accountability rating of A (90-100) based on three domains: student achievement, school progress and closing the gaps. Scores are scaled from 0 to 100 to align with letter grades. The school scored 92 in student achievement, 80 in school progress and 95 in closing performance gaps. It scored 93 overall in post-secondary readiness, a broad term that refers to student preparedness to undertake multiple pathways after graduation, or specifically, their preparedness for college education.

On the other hand, North Crowley High School earned a State accountability rating of C. The school posted 72 in student achievement, 77 in school progress, 81 in closing performance gaps and 78 overall in post-secondary readiness.

A distinction designation acknowledges districts and campuses for outstanding achievement based on the outcomes of several performance indicators. Distinction designations are awarded for achievement in several areas and are based on performance relative to a group of campuses of similar type, size, grade span, and student demographics.

Both schools garnered only one distinction designation or award for performance. For Aledo High School this is in 25% closing performance gaps while North Crowley High School secured one for Social Studies.

Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Aledo High School is Whites or Caucasians who make up nearly 73.38% of student population, followed by Hispanics (18.58%), Two or More Races (4.75%), African Americans (2.03%), Asians (1.04%) and Native Americans (0.23%).

At North Crowley High School, African Americans are the biggest group, comprising 61.23% of student population, followed by Hispanics (24.05%), Whites or Caucasians (6.30%), Two or More Races (4.09%), Asians (3.75%) and Native Americans (0.37%).

Based on household incomes, the Aledo High School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly lower at 12.67% compared to 69.91% at North Crowley High School.

In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Aledo High School has 40 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 2.31% of student population. North Crowley High School has significantly more ELLs at 386 or about 13.15% of student population.

Aledo High School’s bilingual students comprise 2.26%, gifted and talented students, 6.94%, while 7.70% are in the special education program. North Crowley High School bilingual students comprise 12.64%, gifted and talented students, 6.78%, and 12.20% are in the special education program.

Aledo High School's 100 teachers have been working at the campus for an average of 5.7 years with individual teaching experience averaging nearly 13.2 years. North Crowley High School's 200 teachers have been working at the campus for an average of 4.5 years with individual teaching experience averaging close to 9.1 years.

Of its teaching staff, Aledo High School has three teachers serving the school for over 30 years, has 15 teachers serving the school for 20-30 years, 37 teachers have worked for 11-20 years, 17 teachers have worked for 6-10 years, while 24 teachers have been serving the school for over 1-5 years, including three beginning teachers. North Crowley High School has five teachers serving the school for over 30 years, has 18 teachers serving the school for 20-30 years, 46 teachers have worked for 11-20 years, 51 teachers have worked for 6-10 years, while 61 teachers have been serving the school for over 1-5 years, including 19 beginning teachers.
