When we compared Fisher Elementary School, which is a part of PASADENA ISD, with Morales Elementary School, which is a part of PASADENA ISD, we noted a slight difference in ratings.

Distinction designations are awarded for achievement in several areas and are based on performance relative to a group of campuses of similar type, size, grade span, and student demographics.
Morales Elementary School's one out of seven distinction is in with 25% student progress. Fisher Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Fisher Elementary School is Hispanics who make up nearly 86.07% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (6.96%), African Americans (5.71%), Asians (0.89%) and Two or More Races (0.36%). There is no Native Americans student in the school.

In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Fisher Elementary School has a significantly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 44.64% of its student population compared to 43.28% at Morales Elementary School.
Fisher Elementary School’s bilingual students comprise 51.61%, gifted and talented students, 5.54%, while 15.54% are in the special education program. Morales Elementary School bilingual students comprise 39.05%, gifted and talented students, 1.99%, and 14.93% are in the special education program.
