Clements High School performed excellent to earn a State accountability rating of A (90-100) based on three domains: student achievement, school progress and closing the gaps. Scores are scaled from 0 to 100 to align with letter grades. The school scored 89 in student achievement, 86 in school progress and 94 in closing performance gaps. It scored 91 overall in post-secondary readiness, a broad term that refers to student preparedness to undertake multiple pathways after graduation, or specifically, their preparedness for college education.

On the other hand, George Bush High School earned a State accountability rating of D. The school posted 67 in student achievement, 72 in school progress, 59 in closing performance gaps and 68 overall in post-secondary readiness.

A distinction designation acknowledges districts and campuses for outstanding achievement based on the outcomes of several performance indicators. Distinction designations are awarded for achievement in several areas and are based on performance relative to a group of campuses of similar type, size, grade span, and student demographics.

Clements High School's five out of seven distinctions are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and 25% closing performance gaps. George Bush High School did not earn any distinction.

Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Asians comprise the biggest group at Clements High School. They make up for 55.53% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (19.70%), Hispanics (12.44%), African Americans (7.15%), Two or More Races (5.02%) and Native Americans (0.11%).

The student population at George Bush High School is also predominantly by Hispanics at 41.30%, followed by African Americans (36.83%), Asians (13.92%), Whites or Caucasians (4.68%), Two or More Races (2.44%) and Native Americans (0.58%).

Based on household incomes, the Clements High School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly lower at 18.33% compared to 67.36% at George Bush High School.

In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Clements High School has 222 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 8.44% of student population. George Bush High School has significantly more ELLs at 536 or about 22.20% of student population.

Clements High School’s bilingual students comprise 7.65%, gifted and talented students, 16.28%, while 8.56% are in the special education program. George Bush High School bilingual students comprise 21.62%, gifted and talented students, 0.79%, and 12.92% are in the special education program.

Clements High School's 138 teachers have been working at the campus for an average of 8.1 years with individual teaching experience averaging nearly 12.6 years. George Bush High School's 139 teachers have been working at the campus for an average of 5.9 years with individual teaching experience averaging close to 9.9 years.

Of its teaching staff, Clements High School has five teachers serving the school for over 30 years, has 23 teachers serving the school for 20-30 years, 55 teachers have worked for 11-20 years, 22 teachers have worked for 6-10 years, while 27 teachers have been serving the school for over 1-5 years, including six beginning teachers. George Bush High School has three teachers serving the school for over 30 years, has 17 teachers serving the school for 20-30 years, 34 teachers have worked for 11-20 years, 29 teachers have worked for 6-10 years, while 46 teachers have been serving the school for over 1-5 years, including ten beginning teachers.
