Pioneer Heritage Middle School performed excellent to earn a State accountability rating of A (90-100) based on three domains: student achievement, school progress and closing the gaps. Scores are scaled from 0 to 100 to align with letter grades. The school scored 95 in student achievement, 93 in school progress and 94 in closing performance gaps. Wester Middle School's seven out of seven distinctions are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, post-secondary, with 25% student progress and 25% closing performance gaps.

Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Asians comprise the biggest group at Pioneer Heritage Middle School. They make up for 47.25% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (32.50%), Hispanics (9.84%), African Americans (5.59%), Two or More Races (4.44%) and Native Americans (0.39%).

The student population at Wester Middle School is also predominantly by Asians at 42.48%, followed by Whites or Caucasians (30.61%), Hispanics (11.76%), African Americans (8.82%), Two or More Races (5.56%) and Native Americans (0.65%).

Based on household incomes, the Pioneer Heritage Middle School’s economically disadvantaged students is slightly lower at 6.27% compared to 11.87% at Wester Middle School.

In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Pioneer Heritage Middle School has 34 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 3.28% of student population. Wester Middle School has significantly more ELLs at 57 or about 6.21% of student population.
