Sst Hill Country earned a State accountability rating of B (80-89) based on three domains: student achievement, school progress and closing the gaps. Scores are scaled from 0 to 100 to align with letter grades. The school scored 79 in student achievement, 80 in school progress and 83 in closing performance gaps. It scored 81 overall in post-secondary readiness, a broad term that refers to student preparedness to undertake multiple pathways after graduation, or specifically, their preparedness for college education.

Sst Northwest's two out of seven distinctions are in with 25% student progress and 25% closing performance gaps. Sst Hill Country has no distinction.

Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Sst Hill Country is Hispanics who make up nearly 70.22% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (14.22%), African Americans (7.41%), Asians (6.22%), Two or More Races (1.78%) and Native Americans (0.15%).

At Sst Northwest, Hispanics are the biggest group, comprising 60.51% of student population, followed by African Americans (13.46%), Whites or Caucasians (12.71%), Asians (8.62%), Two or More Races (4.24%) and Native Americans (0.15%).

Based on household incomes, Sst Hill Country’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly higher at 47.11% compared to 36.61% at Sst Northwest.

In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Sst Hill Country has a higher number of English Language Learners comprising 16.74% of its student population compared to 15.89% at Sst Northwest.

Sst Hill Country’s bilingual students comprise 15.85%, gifted and talented students, 15.26%, while 13.04% are in the special education program. Sst Northwest bilingual students comprise 13.92%, gifted and talented students, 10.89%, and 13.01% are in the special education program.
