Bastrop High School earned a State accountability rating of B (80-89) based on three domains: student achievement, school progress and closing the gaps. At Cedar Creek High School, Hispanics make up 87.97% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (8.84%), African Americans (1.73%), Two or More Races (1.22%), Asians (0.19%) and Native Americans (0.05%).

Based on household incomes, the Bastrop High School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly lower at 49.09% compared to 68.23% at Cedar Creek High School.
