Collette did a great job in helping us to sell our home in 2017 when we moved overseas, and then again in finding our beautiful new home upon our return to Houston. She fought hard for us to get our home at the price we were willing to offer. We love our new home and are very grateful to Collette and her team for their professional attitude, quick responses, and successful end result! Collette is such an amazing realtor. She listened to our wants, needs and desires for our future home and then worked hard to show us what was on the market. She's knowledgeable, funny, quick and fair. By no fault of Collette's, nothing about the buying process of our new home went as planned and the situation was far less than ideal. However, Collette fought for us and really worked hard to get us the best. She really had our well-being and desires at heart. In an age where it's difficult to find honest realtors, we highly recommend Collette and the team she has built.

Collette is amazing at what she does. She had our house sold not even a day after it was listed. The whole process was guided by her with insightful information from her experience. She stood up for us when we had offers that were not as good as they could; she wouldn’t stand for us to be taken advantage of. Which is why you should hire a professional! She invested in our listing with amazing pictures, time, advertising which made for an incredible first impression for home buyers. I highly recommend The Collette King Team!

Collette is just incredible! You will never find a more dedicated and knowledgeable realtor. She is honest, straightforward and trustworthy, and truly passionate about what she does. I’m confident that she got us the best deal possible both times she worked with us, and I only wish she could have helped us purchase our house in California!

I was referred to Collette by another satisfied customer. I was moving from LA and Collette went out of her way to help me online and in person when I could actually be in Houston. Collette was quick to advise me against any residence that could be too noisy or unsafe for a single woman. Since I was still in LA, she met inspectors at the new house in the Heights and did everything for me. She negotiated a much lower than asking price and handled the closing expertly and efficiently. Collette remains a true friend and I only wish I could buy houses more often.
