“Cody was amazing. The first day we sat down with him the first thing he asked is what do you want in a house and made a list of those things. He then walked us through the whole process, step by step to ensure we knew what to expect. The following weekend he had a list of 5 neighborhoods for us to visit full of houses that fit our criteria. That weekend we ended up finding the house that was our perfect fit. After we found the house he walked us through the entire purchasing process and was in constant communication the whole time. He helped us find the right inspector and was at every scheduled appointment to make sure every thing was handled perfectly. He walked us through the purchasing contracts and explained everything. He was present at closing and an answered every question we had that day as well. I trust Cody and his team with every real estate purchase I will ever make 10 10 recommend Cody ”
