Hi, I'm Margaret Nimitz. I grew up on a farm in central Illinois but I've been a resident of Texas for the last 23 years and in Cleveland Texas for the last 15 years.

I enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family. My kids are active in motocross and you can find them on a dirt bike most any day of the week! My husband and I are their biggest fans.

My experience prior to real estate was in the travel industry and in office management with a financial investment firm. I enjoy getting to know people and learning about what's important to them. I especially like to partner with individuals and families to help reach their real estate goals.

Jennifer has been a Cleveland area resident for 33 years and graduated from Shepherd High School. She also received an Associate of Science from Lone Star College in Kingwood as well as her real estate certification from the Champions School of Real Estate. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as helping people and being involved with the community and her church, The Sanctuary, in Cleveland. Jennifer is married with three children, 1 girl and 2 boys, which keeps her involved with the school functions and sports. She joined our Cameron Real Estate team in March of 2019, but has been involved in the housing industry for several years by working with her husband in their home construction business, Majestic Homes.
