Seller didnt allow buyer to review the inspected items together with an inspector in a site after inspection was done.

We only reviewed the items through the inspection report, without seeing in the site. We feel disrespected. Was it acceptable?

House still shows pending but has sold and closed?

New builder house still shows as pending but it closed a week ago - sign came down, people moved in, etc. Why is it taking so long to show as sold?
