Charles Runnels

Charles started his Austin real estate career in 2009, specializing in Central Austin and Downtown. Prior to launching his career in residential real estate, Charles received his Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and spent thirteen years in the banking industry, which shaped and molded his drive for excellent service and attention to detail. With his extensive background in finance, and as a property owner and investor himself, Charles extends this knowledge to his clients representing buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the transaction process, holding the distinction of Austin’s Top 3% of Realtors.
