I firmly believe that we would not have been able to sell our house without Lauren! We knew selling our house was going to be tough, and I am sooooo glad that we had Lauren to not only help us with listing details and price and everything but to help us with getting through it all. With multiple offers on the table, she helped us make the right decision for a buyer and when the 1st buyer backed out, she worked her butt off and we got into another multiple offer situation AGAIN due to her hard work and dedication! She was amazing to have representing not only us but our first home. Selling your first home is incredibly emotional and she was so supportive through the entire process. After selling, she also helped us find our perfect dream home for our family! I honestly cannot imagine the buying & selling process being as smooth and easy without her knowledge, support and care!!

As a single, older first-time homebuyer, I enlisted help from Lauren. Her experience and professionalism made the process that much easier for me. She was great to work with from the beginning starting with the contract with Lennar for new construction. We probably put in more hours visiting new builds, partial builds and models in the Tomball area before finalizing the contract. Lauren was there to assist me with the design options that were available. She helped identify an inspector on my behalf and communicated throughout the entire 4-month build process. After the walk-thru and noting corrections needed, Lauren continued to monitor everything up through closing. I would recommend Lauren for all of your real estate needs - selling, buying or renting!
