The Houston Real Estate Market has seen a lot of growth from both relocations to first time home buyers. People are really taking advantage of the lower interest rates while they can. It's been a little frustrating for some home buyers when they have to compete against so many offers. I educate my buyers and sellers on what to expect in this kind of market and we try to set a plan of action to win the deal!
