When total strangers who may or may not be qualified or individuals who are just scoping out the things in your place to come by later and take it,  is PRICELESS. #2 YOUR EDUCATION ON TODAY'S MARKET, you are putting yourself at risk of over pricing or under pricing your home and/or paying fees at closing that otherwise could have been negotiated  or money kept in your pocket. #3YOUR TIME, in between lil Johnny's swimming lessons, football practice, you mowing your lawn, going to a friend's party..when do you have time to screen and show your home to  potential  buyers who may or may not show up after you have cancelled your dinner date with your parents. Your weekends are  worth much more! You can also write off any fees you have paid a Realtor on your taxes, wow! Many did not know that!
