In today’s market it is important to go the extra mile to sell your home and market it smart. Besides marketing your home through the most popular real estate websites …We do open houses, yard signs, sending out mailers and networking with buyers’ agents, market to our International Referral Network, but what sets us apart is that we’ve done our homework.

We don’t just say we’re high-tech, we live and breathe it.

Starting with high end photography and Drone pictures/videos for our Listings. We add Landing pages, social media campaigns and Google ads to engage with buyers. Our For Sale signs have Code texting sign riders. Imaging driving down a street and you see a house of your interest and want all the information from the listing… You just have to text the code and voila you receive the entire webpage with pictures, videos and detailed property information on your phone.

We use QR codes and the newest marketing tool NFC tags in the house. These tags compliment brochures, it eliminates printing out copies and clients will not lose them. Clients just scan or tap the tags and get all information and videos on their phone and can share the link with friends and family.

Anja Drewes Properties is interested in making the home selling experience as smooth and easy as possible. So even if you're not ready to list your property, if you simply have questions about the market in your area, price or anything else about your property, don't hesitate to contact us.
