LOCAL REALTOR® AWARDED SRS DESIGNATION             

Pearland, Texas, October 12, 2019 – Michelle Sealy with Michelle Sealy Properties Group, brokered by EXP Realty, LLC, has been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the premier seller agency designation in the country. The SRS is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official credential of the National Association of REALTORS®. Michelle joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the SRS designation. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in seller representation, demonstrate significant seller representation experience and expertise, and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.  

Michelle loves to read a good book, splash paint on a canvas, be crafty and attempt her limited skills at sewing, walk the beaches of Galveston, hear a good joke, and prep for her NaNoWriMo goal this year of writing 50,000 words of her novel in the month of November.

Michelle owned an Award Winning Screenprinting business that included working with 70 different vendors at a time. This has taught her how to be organized and level headed when working through any difficult situations with Real Estate transactions.  

When she is not assisting clients, Michelle volunteers alongside 34,000 other volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo®. Believe it or not, she loves the smell of cattle sweet feed. Yes...that is strange. She became involved with livestock when her two sons joined 4-H and FFA and began showing at local and major livestock shows. She was thrilled to take the journey of raising market animals with her husband and sons. Michelle is currently on the Rabbit and Speakers Committees with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo®.
