I am so proud to have Katy, Tx as my hometown. I see home values , south of I-10 remain good, the shopping gets better all the time with the addition of new retail centers, lots of non chain restaurants are
being added to our nice selection of chain restaurants, and above all, my neighbors are the friendliest people I have know since I moved to the
Houston area 30 years ago.
