It could help you avoid lowering the list price and draw potential buyers to the space. It might be a little unnerving for some sellers, it also might end up helping you get closer to list price! 

   Staging is not just limited to the inside of the house. It can also be the backyard to show the function of the lot space. If it's limited in size or function a stager can greatly improve it. They can help to make yard clutter less overwhelming or add some spunk to a dull yard. 

    Potential buyers have also stated the front view of the home is important to them, a stager can make a dark doorway inviting and appealing to more buyers. Which means a better chance of getting full list price in a shorter time.
