Record Setting Month in Real Estate

Good afternoon everyone! I come to bring you more interesting news regarding real estate in the beautiful city of Houston, Texas. According to HAR, August was the best month of home sales in the history of real estate in Houston! 7,914 homes were sold in August, surpassing the previous record of 7,898 homes sales that was recorded in July 2015. This increase in home sales can be contributed to a more abundant inventory of homes in the Houston area. Despite the oil slumps, HAR estimates this might be the best year ever for home sales in Houston.
