Clean is KING or QUEEN

THE FIRST IMPRESSION

Did you know that within 15 seconds a buyer has already developed an opinion of your property?  This is why establishing the right first impression is critical to achieving a successful sale.  You want the buyer to react favorably!  Fresh paint, clean windows, doorway uncluttered, all light bulbs on and working, bad smells gone, wet areas caulked, mirrors and ceiling fans and filters fresh.

By showing attention to detail and understanding the buyer's needs to visualize your home can dramatically increase the salability of your property.

By the way, as pretty and clean as my picture is, did you notice the 1 little black mark.  That is how one little negative can sway your whole home.  Everything matters!
