I have read some information regarding real estate updates in Houston, below are some interesting facts about market:
For the month of September:
• Median Sales Price increased 5.1% to $205,000
• Days on Market increased 2.3% to 44
• Percent of Original List Price Received decreased 0.6% to 95.6%
