What will be the impact on property values with Rezoning of High Schools in Telfair?
Sugar Land is known for its outstanding Schools. Clements High School is one of the most sought after schools in this area. With the rezoning of Telfair into Clements, many feel it will increase property values. It certainly won't hurt, therefore it should help. We just don't know to what degree and likely won't have any data until a year or two have passed.
My guess is it will increase values nominally as prices are already good. Many Homes are approacing 10 years old and will be ready for updates in another five. As always sellers who maintain and update their properties will enjoy the fruits of their labors with a higher sales price and a faster sale..
