Although the complex is located on the border of Piney Point Village, the zip code falls under 77063, rather than 77024, saving the owners a bit in taxes.

Although it falls under 77063, it is positioned nicely on S. Piney Point Rd.
Both units are updated and ground floor units, which are hard to find in this price range in Houston. The location is accessible to all major highways, 610 Loop, Westpark Tollway, Interstate 59 and minutes from Beltway 8 and Interstate 1-10.
Being on the border of Memorial, City Centre and the Energy Corridor are within miles, as is the Galleria. These condos are great for someone working in the area or needs a small place to own as a secondary location if you travel frequently to Houston for work.
