A new generation of home buyers are here: the Millennials. Born from the late 1980's to the early 2000's, this group of buyers are beginning to enter the real estate market for the first time, and they have specific tastes. Millennial home buyers are not focusing on the traditional dining areas or the spacious backyard. They are looking for a home that has room for a home office. They want hardwood floors instead of carpeting. And they are looking for a home that is "connected," i.e. has a strong internet connection and good cellular service. They want to be in the heart of entertainment and they want spaces to entertain. If you properly stage your home to their tastes, you can expect quick attention and offers to flow in.

If you'd like more information on how to sell your house to today's new wave of buyers, contact me, I'd be glad to assist.
