The Woodlands market is HOT HOT HOT and it's not even Spring yet..
Home Inventory in the Woodlands is down by 18% compared to last year and 2% compared to last month's inventory numbers. Average Days on the market are down by 21% compared to last year, which means that homes are selling so much faster.
Sales in The Woodlands area went up and with all the employment opportunities they are only projected to go up!
