I meet people who move from their homes in fear of being forclosed on anyday, only to find out their home they left so quickly is still sitting vacant.

The best thing to do is discover your options early, before you get too far behind.  I know it is hard to think of having to sell your home and move.  But remember it is just a house, there will be more homes in your future.  If you wake up in the morning, your already ahead of some people!
