Color in a home is the most important element. It creates the mood.... so here's a few tips to keep in mind:
1. Avoid white walls.
2. Use earth tones for comfort. Some popular choices are:
Sherwin Williams - Kilim Beige, Blonde, Nomadic Dessert, Restrained Gold.
Behr Paints - Brown Bread, Warm Nutmeg
3. Proceed with caution when choosing colors like blue, yellow, purple or pink when trying to appeal to buyers
4. Spa-like colors add elegance in bathrooms
5. Light colored neutrals make a small space feel larger
6. Deep colored neutrals make a large space feel cozy
