Hello BBBB Friend,
Welcome back! I hope you had a great holiday. I certainly did but I'm more than ready to get back to the business of real estate in the Heights and other close-in neighborhoods. Inventory is still low, but new listings are trickling in. I've identified five properties worth a look. PLUS, since we have been off for a couple of weeks, a few properties on my watch list have closed.
