The price range in Telfair vary, but generally, you can find homes there starting in the mid $400,000s to over $1 million, depending on where you reside in Telfair. What amenities does the neighborhood offer?

Telfair offers abundant amenities including a 70-acre lake, numerous parks and walking trails, a central clubhouse with a fitness center, tennis courts and a boat dock, a swimming pool complex with water slides and a splash pad, and more!

Telfair has two recreation centers. Telfair Central includes a fitness center, banquet hall, and a pool with water slides and splash pad. Jurgensen Recreation Center features a swimming pool and playground.

The Telfair community has:
