During the past two months I have completed a six course training in New Home Sales.
Studies included: Blueprints, Green Certification, Builder Contracts, Construction Phases, New Home Warranties and Negotiating with Builders.
During the past few months I have been visiting new home developments such as Balmoral in Humble, Artavia in Conroe and The Highlands in Porter. I have been meeting with new home builder representatives in order to compare pricing, standard features, upgrades, etc. I am looking for the best buy for You!
As you can see - I want to be your New Home Specialist.
