Located conveniently off of Rayford road in Spring, Imperial Oaks has quick access to I-45 & Grand Parkway 99. Theres also many different back road like Robinson road that lead straight to Woodlands Parkway.

Imperial Oaks is a very large community filled with different sub-sections, some of them being gated. Theres so many different home style options & prices, as well as on site schools. Its in a great location & the neighborhood is filled with trees & lined with sidewalks.

A+. Conroe ISD has mostly A rated schools & are a big reason why people choose to live in areas that are served by this district. They have overall As for academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.

Theres a variety of places right outside Imperial Oaks. Rayford road has so many different types of restaurants, shops, & services. Theres a Kroger right outside of the neighborhood, as well as a CVS, and multiple daycare centers. Theres also a huge new HEB down the road.
