“One thing I thought was a bit unsavory was the buyers running down the clock on the foundation survey. They estimated a very high bid on foundation work and left me little to no recourse to get my own foundation survey. I live in a 40 year old home and yes of course the house has shifted some. The issue is that the sales cycle was stacked against me. There should be a way to extend option period if the seller wanted there own foundation survey done. In no way does this reflect negatively on Blake. He was a delight and very easy to work with. I still feel good about the transaction and Blake kept things on track. ”
