Beverly Jordan Harp

For nineteen years Beverly Jordan was immersed in different entities related to the building industry. She was the Membership and Marketing Director for The Greater Houston Builders Association, employed by Suncoast Post Tension Company and associated with Stewart Title Company where she was highly successful in the business development department. While serving in these posts, she built lasting relationships with builders, developers, lenders and title companies.

Over the nineteen year period, these connections proved to be invaluable and ultimately led her to the decision of entering the world of real estate. Beverly affords her clients expertise in all steps of a real estate transaction. She knows and understands the industry and guides buyers and sellers flawlessly through the decisions pertaining to new construction or purchasing a beautiful home that has stood the test of time.

Beverly graduated from Bauder Fashion College in Atlanta, Georgia, with a degree in Fashion Merchandise. She was born in Brundidge, Alabama, lived in Alaska and has called Houston home since 1990. She has a heart to service others, and is rich in integrity and loyalty. Whether representing a buyer or seller, she provides each client with the best service possible. Understanding the importance of staying abreast with all market trends, she keeps her clientele informed of the ever-changing real estate climate. She is highly responsive, extremely organized and a skilled negotiator. Her goal is for her clients to have a seamless transaction from contract to closing.

This consummate professional served as Vice President of the Associate Council at The Greater Houston Builders Association, Chaired the Builder Sale Strategy Group, and was Liaison for the Custom Builders. She has tremendous working knowledge of new construction homes which she has gained through years of representing premier custom homes. Her accreditations include ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, MCNE-Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and ALHS-Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.

Beverly believes in being hands-on in serving her community and volunteers at the Houston Food Bank and Faith Center, is Director of a Second Baptist Sunday School class, volunteers at Rescue Houston-Sex trafficking and supports Cru college ministry. She enjoys Warriors exercise, cycling and cooking.
