And then when we found what we wanted and made an offer, Beth's skill really came out. She also is very honest and transparent from the beginning while respecting all professional boundaries. She went above and beyond for me and spent 4 days looking at rentals with my mother in law (who was also a realtor) and myself. I surprised her with a last minute change a couple of hours before we were going to first meet and she was able to quickly respond and make sure that our day was productive. When we finally found a rental, she helped me to set up utilities so that I could come to a functioning home after a three day drive across the country.
